The concept of the song is the passionate yet poetic description of extremely erotic sexual relations, where emotions and bodily fluids are shared.

A fatal attraction, indulging in an unrestrained passion that pushes the boundaries. Bodies brush against each other and the dance starts, emphasizing the concept of the song in their leather outfits and extremely sensual fetishes.

In an exclusive interview, Gómez declared: "We live in a  time when courtship mostly takes place on our mobile phones, on dating apps or over social media. The message of the song is that we need to return to a more physical and visual approach, we need to go back to using our eyes to seduce and persuade, and our bodies should be sensual rather than statuesque.

The arrangements are by "GOODGUYS", a group of 3 Italian URBAN DANCE arrangers- Chris Duca, Theo Blanco and Pregio - who worked with the artist and finalised the pre-mix phase at the Paramount Recording Studios in Los Angeles (California/USA).
 

The voice audio and mastering were handled by the singer’s long-term producer, Marco Zangirolami at the Noize Recording Studio, Milan.

The lyrics were written by Peggy Johnson (Manchester, UK) who adapted them to the melody composed by Fabio Gómez, respecting the pre-audio vocal sounds recorded in Alan Mesic's studio.

The inspiration for "Don't Ask me Why" is pure blues, combined with the latest EDM genre. The single is an international POP DANCE HIT on the level of Electronic Dance Music productions such as Sigala, Topic, Meduza, Giants, Alok and Becky Hill.
